Dear citizens, dear friends,
Ready for Your reading is a newsletter that offers an overview of all my activities in the European Parliament during the first half of the year, including July. Looking back, a cautious optimism that accompanied the beginning of this year was a valuable preparation for a whole series of completely unpredictable events in the European Union, in Croatia, as well as the whole world, given the fact that the coronavirus pandemic put before us a string of new shakedowns waiting to be dealt with. In spite of those conditions, I overtook a whole range of new duties, completed several significant projects, and inaugurated few substantial initiatives regarding fighting the consequences of the pandemic, all of which, I believe, upheld my personal contribution to longstanding stability of the EU and Croatia as well.
