"We should promote inovative and creative young people as often as possible. This is the main reason why I invited Ivan Mrvoš, our young inovator, to present his smart bench right in the heart of Europe - in front of the European Parliament in Strasbourg", MEP Picula said.
Ivan made a dozen of benches, but this is a new and improved version. Strasbourg's passbyers showed great enthusiasm for displayed bench. Except that it looks great, this bench has a great function.
"The new version of the bench has a double-sided solar panels from 100 Watts that we developed exclusively in cooperation with a Croatian company. It has a stronger battery system and you can charge your phone both by cable and wirelles - you can leave them on the bench on the sun and just wait until it is full", Mrvoš told to curious crowd.
