Along with MEP Picula, his colleagues from the European Parliament: Andrej Plenković, Dubravka Šuica and Jozo Radoš, Chairman of the Commitee for European Affairs of the Croatian Parliamen Gordan Jandroković, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Josip Brkić, head of Delegation and EU Special Representative in BiH Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, first Deputy of the High Representative and supervisor of the Brčko District Bruce Berton, former BiH Prime Minister Hasan Muratović, Vice President of the Pan-European Union Mile Lasić, Ivan Vukoja from the Institute for socio-political research and journalist for Večernji list BiH Zoran Kresić also participated in the conference.
"European perspective for Bosnia and Herzegovina is not only important for their citizens; all the neighbors from the region need to be involved in the process as well as the European Union which cannot stand on the sidelines.
At this point I don't know when will the rendez-vous between BiH and the EU happen, but I an sure that both BiH and the EU will look a lot different than they do today, and it is up to us to make an effort about it, primarily because of their citizens", said MEP and Chair of the Delegation for Relations with BiH and Kosovo Tonino Picula, on the Conference that was organized in Zagreb by the European Parliament Information Office in Croatia.
