By participating in the discussion at the Conference of the Pan-European Union "BIH between Dayton and Brussels: from the Dayton agreement to the Stabilisation and Association agreement," you said that you cannot be optimistic about the new approach the Union would like. Can you explain to our readers why?
Expectations of Brussels are big, our hand is provided and the new approach is here. However, I'm not sure that in the past year, how long it has been since the election, in turn, on the road from Bosnia and Brussels went up a lot of good news. Not everyone in the EU have the same opinion regarding this new approach, however, the different political and economic circumstances have made a sufficient pressure on those who decide about it in Brussels to try creating an approach that would, according to them, fit European ambitions of BiH.
Personally I'm not that optimistic and I think that the new approach is an attempt to skip the load in BiH that cannot be solved because of the discord of domestic politics, but it will remain a policy of "short breath" if we deal with the great social and economic problems, and not the main problem: the worn out constitutional and legal framework.
